“FLOWSERVE” Pumps are available with Investment cast twisted vane impeller of duplex SS (CD4MCu) for better erosion capability.

Advanced 45 degree conical shaped seal chamber with integral vortex flow modifiers controls vapour build-up and ensures adequate flow conditions to remove heat effectively. It also increases the mechanical seal life. It incorporates many different seal designs with sufficientradial clearance.

Heavy duty casing with integral foot and multiribbed discharge provides superior resistance to pipe loads and improves Reliability.

External Three Bolt Rotor Adjustment allows impeller clearances to be reset at site, thereby restoring head and efficiency.

Back Pull-out Design allow removal of rotating element without removing casing, piping or motor.


FLOWSERVE - SIHI's ZTND Line isa specialty line of pumps specifi- cally designed to handle hot thermal fluids. Pumps are available in 24 models with only two shaft sizes. SIHI's ZTND designs use a dual heat restricting design allowing the pumping of thermal fluids to 650+ °F. Engineered to allow ambient air cooling while minimizing thermal transfer along the shaft, they offer safety and efficiency, eliminating any need for liquid cooling through their operating range. Shaft sealing is provided by either a set of v-ring lip seals (to minimize the possibility of catastrophic shaft seal failures) or single non-cooled mechanical seal.
